In-skin visualizers

Many Winamp Modern and Windows Media Player skins have a visualizer built into their design. NullPlayer draws it where the skin puts it.

Winamp Modern skins draw their own, from oscilloscopes to the MMD3 and ClassicPro beat displays. Windows Media Player skins show Bars, Spikes, Ambience, Cava or vis_classic in the panel the skin made for them.
